I wisely then bought two bags of ice as an interim solution to the severe needs of my wife and me for our daily chilled evening cocktails. I discovered there was a large frozen piece of ice inside the door where the ice comes out. This could be an issue with your door switches, as if they fail it could cause the ice dispenser not to dispense ice.
